Recovering deleted users

Recovering deleted users was created by jbarrio
Is there any way of recovering deleted users? I need to get the download logs from DocMan back and the deleted ones are missing. Real life saver if there is any way of doing this.

I have a daily backup of my database. So if I need to get data back I can go back to any particular day and get it from that day's db backukp. Avatars may be lost unless you did a full file backukp, but the critical stuff is there.
Look into a joom plug to do auto backups. I have them automatically emailed to my gmail account every night at 2am.
