I'm building a community event site and I cant seem to allow my users to delete or request to delete their accounts. Any suggestions?

First, I highly recommend CB 1.2 stable for all the new features and all known bugs are stomped...

But, this is still not a feature of CB out of the box. You'd need to find, write or have someone write a plugin to do this for you. An alternative is to create a contact link to email you and request it.
