Just put CB 1.1 in Joomla 1.1.13 for www.sergeantbrettscafe.com

The installation of the component and modules went very smoothly. Setting up the CB Login menu also went well. Unpublished the system login module and published the CB Login module. When I ran sync from tools, everything seemed OK, but then I discovered that my users were deleted (except for Super Administrator). There were only around 20 users,so that's not a big deal.

The issue at this point is that when a new user registers, the systems says that an email has been sent for activation, but, in reality, no email is sent. I have been reading in the forum here for hours about this type of problem, but I haven't found a solution.

Can someone please help me solve this?

As a temporary fix, I unpublished the CB Login and republished the system Login.

Problem Resolved.

I have always used the php mail function in Joomla. Upon switching to sendmail, CB emails work fine.
