Hello
This is bug in my software. It has been fixed in the development version. You can read more info about this at www.mikkosoft.fi forum.
The problem was that APC passed one function parameter as a variable when it should have passed as a reference. This then caused jos_core_acl_aro table to not be updated for new users.
