I am having 2 issues a present

I upgraded to CB 1.1 and joomla 1.0.13 but this problem existed also in CB1.02 and joomla 1.0.12.

Avatar Approval

When you moderate an image. clicking on the approval block is OK.

If you click on the green tick under the avatar instead, i get an internal server error and the log shows

malformed header from script. Bad header=No recipient addresses found i: php-script, referer: www.mydomain.com/profile/moderateImages/
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Public Profile Access
When trying to access a profile that has been flagged private. Instead of being redirected to registration page or an error page, i get a browser error
"Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

Additionally,
"index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers&mosmsg=This+user+has+diabled+public+access+to+his%2Fher+profile.+To+view%2C+please+register."
this message appears in the browser address bar
