Blank User Manager Edit User Screen

Blank User Manager Edit User Screen was created by lkview
I have Joomla 1.0.13 with the Joomlashack Weblogic template. I installed CB1.1 today. I bought the doc. My site is www.catalog-on-demand.com/joomla.

I can see the "User Management Initial Screen" (fig 62) fine. But when I click on any one of the names (or check a box and then click Edit), I see a blank screen instead of the user profile data as indicated in Fig 63.

As near as I can tell, the rest of the installation went ok. Thanks!

do a user sync from the cb tools menu.

turn debug on and see is extra backend messages are generated that can pinpoint the problem.

check web server logs.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast reply.
1. I did the user sync and captured the SQL (see attached text file).
2. I clicked on the user manager and captured the SQL (also in the text file.
3. I clicked on one of the names, and got the same blank screen -- no SQL, nothing.
4. Can you be more specific with regard to system logs? I can get access to them, and I can ask some more knowledgeable people to help me. When I look at the log files directory there are many files and folders. Just looking at a couple with the most recent date/time did not seem informative.
Thanks!

the website log might indicate a memory problem.

if so then you need to increase your php memory in php.ini (ask your host provider).
