I have checked all the settings and did the DB check to no avail. Help please. I am running Mambo 4.5.5

Here is what my site looks like when they try to register.

Can't tell what it could be, without looking into backend...

I took a look and am still stumped. Looks like a file or database problem. PMed you next steps :)

I still REALLY need help. I cannot get anyone to register on the site anymore. The DB sems to be IK. and all the tabs have not been chaged.
