missing edit profile link tab

missing edit profile link tab was created by rusty1001
Hi
When I go to profile page logged into own the tab edit profile is missing , not sure what I have done wrong , is this a bug or am I doing something wrong, it was there but not sure if ai have moved into a Tab but tried a lot of things and nothing, perhaps a mambot is making it not work , any ideas,

If you look at the stickies, you'll see there are a lot of issues with 1.1. It's recommended to move on to CB 1.2.

Well that is not the problem, the link was there, but there is a conflict with something that it does not like in the template or a mambot/mod that is not right, i tried on a test site and it was ok, any ideas what it may not like? I asumme the edit link is some sort of a Javascript,

is there a link to allow user edits or something , tried on another template/install and is ok, maybe truned something off?
