Hi all,
as i wrote in the subject field, i need to change or remove(remove is better) the jcalendar in my registration form (i want to display only date). Is there a way to do that without harming the code too much?

Wellcome to Joomlapolis

There are TWO settings:

1.) comprofiler / configuration
Tab Generall
Calender Type

2.) field type date
play with the "Field-specific Parameters"

IMHO is there no way to remove both calender type point 1) for a field type date.

workaround

choose text field instead of dat efield

Edit: Uhm anyway i'm still searching for another workaround... i do NOT want any calendar

alessandro001, do you want the jcalendar or not?

Btw, things are more and more getting difficult
to cater for all (old) versions of software.
MSIE 6 is ranked under notion. You could look at it from a different angle and try to get your users
over to IE7, which is a "little" better than IE6.
The difference is here that IE 7 is supported by Microsoft and IE6 not anymore.
