CB plugin "CB Auto Welcome": no database or no dat

CB plugin "CB Auto Welcome": no database or no dat was created by rmwalker
If I run the "Check CB plugins database" under CB Tools, I get a message telling me the following:

CB plugin "CB Auto Welcome": no database or no database description.

The question I've got -- Is this normal? All the other plugins have a message stating "Database is up to date".

Well -- I am using this with CB v1.2RC and it is the CB Auto Welcome component built for v1.2RC. I have removed the plugin and reinstalled it, but still get the same message.
