Are you not using the CB Login module?
What PMS system is installed?
Have you properly configured the CB PMS plugin or installed a new PMS component specific plugin?

Don't understand this. If you are using CB Login and CB Registration, then you should be getting the CB email welcoming message (configurable in CB Configuration backend). Joomla is bypassed here.

Bad - means the CB Autowelcome cannot take advantage of Private messaging. So only email autowelcome is possible.

Are you trying to say that you cannot get email autowelcome to work?
Are you uatowelcome plugin settings appropriately configured?

Can anyone else verify this?
