I'm confused on why it's not working I have everything setup correctly but its not sending any one anything. Currently my VPS host is checking whats wrong but it seems they might not know as well...

Make sure that your Joomla mass email is working.

just tried it and didnt recieve a e-mail

It sounds like email isn't set up in Administration/Global Configuration... or isn't set up correctly. If you can receive other email but not mass email, this is probably the case.

My problem from what i found out and searching around is that Joomla isn't flagging or putting -f when sending e-mails so people can't e-mail me using contact or me e-mail them with mass mail due to this so i need some one who knows a lot about joomla mail to tell me where i can add this code is so my host can add it.

Host: "If you can gather more information on where in the code this is
we can add the -f flag either directly in the code or by a wrapper script"
