I cannot get a new tab to show up or add a new field...I have left other posts but am getting NO response. It would seem being a PAID subscriber I would get better response than this.
I have searched through the Documentation and cannot even find the field screens that are shown there.

This message is most likely caused by a 3PD CB plugin that is not Joomla 1.5 ready and you have the legacy plugin off.
So, your options are:
#1 - please provide information about other CB plugins you have installed (only you can provide such information) in order to confirm the above hypothesis.
#2 - enable Joomla legacy plugin and see if the problem is fixed.

We do not have a PAID support program and although we are very sensitive to help requests by our doc supporters we do not have (at this time) the capacity to provide such support.

My apologies for such an unfriendly post. it is not in my usual nature. It is a plug in issue evidentially because the legacy solution fixed it. I thought I had been very careful in only adding 1.5 Native plug-ins. I will un-publish one by one to find the culprit.
