These are your terms - there is no CB standard and CB enhanced.

There is CB 1.1 publically available for free and works nicely with Joomla 1.0.X series.

There is CB 1.2 RC1 and RC2 that work ok with Joomla 1.5.X and 1.0.X series but only available to documentation subscribers at the moment.

When CB 1.2 goes stable it will be available for free to everyone.
