Yes, there's a bridge, have a look here: www.rocketwerx.com/products/rokbridge/overview
It works fine, but syncing of CB fields doesn't work out of the box, because RokBridge only syncs Joomla user-data. I've done this hack-wise on my site. I've explained what I've done here . Feel free to use it and/or contact me if necessary

Btw, if you don't want to use RokBridge, you can instead use jFusion (www.jfusion.org) to achieve virtually the same. I haven't tested it, but despite its alpha stage many people claim it runs quite smoothly.
