Create new user from frontend was created by jjackson

hiya,

i want to know if it's possible to implement a function whereby a registered user (moderator) would be able to create a new user from the frontend.

if email confirmation is not set, then a moderator can submit a registration and approve it also from the frontend.

thanks for the pointer. the only problem is that i only want a logged in admin to create a new user. when the person is logged in i get the message: "You are already logged in"

Can't do this this from frontend.

Only way to do this from frontend is to logout, register, login, approve (using cb moderation module).
