Messages / E-mail remove from menu

Messages / E-mail remove from menu was created by quickness
In 1.1 i could go to general settings to remove the message tab from the menu. How do i do that now as its not a choice any more.

No other plugins are made published.. but Highwood Videos and my Mp3 player .... Thats its ... if you want i can give you back end access and you can check it out your self..
