Messages / E-mail remove from menu

simply this ..when viewing a persons profile page you get three tabs at the top : View (sub menu "View your Profile") second one is Message (sub menu "send email") and the third is moderation (sub menu "report user") i want to get rid of the entire Message tab. I can not find an unpublish anywhere in the backend for it.. Will send you details to log in.

These are suckerfish menus, not tabs. That's why we were confused.

You'd need to hack the code to do it in components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbmenu/cb.menu.php

There is no message tab - never was.

There is a messages cb menu and this is handled by the CB Configuration backend parameter Email Handling.

how do i remove what ever it is.. thank you

Change your CB configuration to reflect that you don't want to use email or pms or hack the file I told you about... which would take PHP coding knowledge.

really not sure what to do here.. i just need to get rid of this.. i have NO PmS modules installed or anything.. anyone have any ideas how to rid of it.. i tried the PHP file but there is WAY to much in there for me to play with it..
