Users submitting news for approval was created by utemplates

Greetings,

I just recently installed CB RC2 and it is an amazing mod so far. However, I believe that it might be missing one major factor.

Basically, I would like my users to be able to submit articles and I will have to approve the submitted articles. Is this possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that I am very new to both Joomla and CB.

CB 1.2 RC1,2,3 are only for doc subscribers and you do not appear to be one.
