Working on version 2.2 that will have note creation functionality on new synced contact.
It should be released later this week.

update: 2.2.0 released!

Hi, thank you for the plugin. I installed the plugin but I still do not see any users in civicrm. How do I trigger the sync?

Did you publish it and configure it?
It does not do a full sync - it just makes sure that new registrations on your site get to civi properly configured based on plugin parms.
