I should say give JFusion a try. It does work with CB as far as I know. For me it worked with vBulletin.

I'm also thinking that jFusion here will be the best solution

I also recommend Jfusion universal integrator now version Jfusion 1.0.8. It will be very nice with new phpBB 3.0.3 coming soon...
