I do not see new features in the RC3.

Could someone may upload pictures of the new features, how do they look like?

New features from what? RC2? RC stands for Release Candidate, and SDLC best practice indicates that the release is "feature fixed" at the beginning of the RCs. They may go through a few iterations of testing & bug fixes before the final release is out, but generally there should be no new features. New features are often planned or even being developed for the next release (e.g. 1.3) before the previous release has been stabalized.

RC3 also contains a number of very nice last minute features:

* custom field input validation
* integer field type
* image field type
* new CB Tool to check on fix integrity of user database
* more extensive layout facilities and substitutions (a professional template is in the making to take advantage of these new facilities)

But where are the new features???
