Pls, do add this simple but must have feature.

I want that new user can't register using email address from some specific domains.

Like - all those temp-email providers
mailinator.com
temporaryinbox.com
etc.

You don't have to enter all the domains.
Just have a TXT file that will include all those banned domain names.
We (site-admins) will fill-up the list manually.

The CB-system will check if the domain name is in the banned list or not....

Go to the "Field Management" click on "email" and add your domain names to "Forbidden words at registration:"

If you're getting spam sign ups you can simply use the Captcha plugin and that should eliminate the spam sign ups.

No, I want to say - add this kind of feature in the up-coming version of CB as CB1.1 doesn't have that.
