Contry Drop Down

I have seen the country drop down in the registration in several other sites.
I am joomla 1.5.7
Using CB RC3
do I need to activate the drop down or is it a plug in??

Also in my site I have a invite section and would like to add it to the CB menue, but can't see where to edit the CB menu.
Going into edit CB menu does not help:-(

Click on Community Builder horizontal menu above - one of the articles describes how to do this.
