Hi

Did a brand new installation of CB 1.2 RC3 in my (new) Joomla 1.5.7.

Getting user registration problems:
Session expired or cookies not enabled.

Tried the change to plugin.foundation.php (remove & on line 355).
Makes no difference.

What is the real problem??

I am having the same issue... It seems to work intermittently.. I removed the & on line 355 and now I can register using IE but no longer on firefox.

Still getting this error intermittently on serveral different platforms.

Mac: firefox and safai
PC: Firefox, IE

Problem: register using the CB registration form. You get a pop-up error which states that Sesion Expired. Or cookies are turned off.

I have found that going to (TOOLS --> CLEAN CACHE --> PAGE ) and clearing the cache seems to resolve the issue at least temporarily. This may be coincidental and not the cause)

I have caching turned off in the:
SITE -> GLOBAL CONFIGURATION --> SYSTEM --> CACHE SETTINGS

I am trying to get a community site up and running and this is discouraging users... who see the site as too buggy to use... Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

Please clarify...

I should disable: EXTENSIONS -> PLUGIN-MANAGER -> SYSTEM-CACHE?

I was hoping to eventually cache the site to improve performance after I am don't doing most of the construction. Is CB compatible with any site caching?
