How to replace ue_config.php file in upgrade?

How to replace ue_config.php file in upgrade? was created by iParentWaco
I made a back up. I uninstalled 1.1. I have successfully installed 1.2 RC3. Now I am at Step 3b were I am to replace the default ue_config.php with the one I saved from before. I know it's gotta be really simple but how do I do that?
If anyone could answer as soon as possible.....I'm so eager to finish this upgrade and see what all it does.
