Upgrade RC2 to RC3 - no log in was created by okka

I have just upgraded from RC2 to RC3 with trepidation at the upgrade process. I have followed the read me file (which I agree with previous posts) is confusing. Everything ha installed successfully, all components, modules and plug ins. I have updated the config file and everything seems to be there that was in the original component configuration, yet I now have no log in module appearing. It is published and all setting appear OK. I have checked the forums and cannot find anything similar occuring.

I am wondering if there may be some conflict with the JUGA component I installed but if it has, I cannot locate the source of this conflict.

Does anyone have any ideas or am I missing something far more elementary?

To the risk of sounding elementary...(without JUGA):

CB login module shows when:
- it's installed
- it's published
- it's configured to a module position that shows in template
- its access level is public
- CB is installed
- you don't have a wierd caching
- you are looking at the right site

To test, try configuring another module with same settings above and see if it displays.

Hope i didn't forget a condition.
