1) I think there is too much option when we want to do a search of members for certains fields.
It will be good to offers the possibility to the admin of choise search option for each field ??

2) Other point is it possible to add a search of pseudo "by letters"

a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h etc..

with all the pseudo classifiate by first letter ?
