"Not Authorized" error on profile save

Hi,

When going into the backend Community Builder and attempting to save a user (I can get into the user profile, but half of the fields seem to be missing such as "Confirmed" etc), it gives me a popup saying "Not Authorized". I have noticed a few other problems as well (Joomla admin menu in the backend only contains Home/Site/Menu/Content/Components/Help and no Modules/etc when in Community Builder). I am unsure what the problem is and would appreciate it if anyone could help me out with this. Thanks.

I have updated another CB to RC3 on a different site and have the same problem. The Approved/Enabled checkbox does not appear in the user profile, which appears to be the issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

[EDIT] Installed this on a 3rd new Joomla on a different site. Same issue.
