Click register, and look at the top choice. There is no captcha image. As far as I know this version of captcha should work with 1.2 RC3.

Thoughts?

I chose not to download this because the name of it says it is for RC2..

"CB Captcha 2.2 RC2 (for CB 1.2 RC2)"

I guess you are saying I can run it on RC3?
