Hi all:

Two questions:

1. Is there a way/plugin/tip to have new account registration setup such that users have to accept the Terms of Agreement, otherwise they are taken back to the homepage and then no account was created? I was thinking of having it mailed with the activation link but by then the account is created.

2. Is CB Captcha 2.2 RC2 (for CB 1.2 RC2) installable on CB1.2RC3?

There is a checkbox and text area in the settings of CB that enables/disables Terms page. It works like any other site where if they do not check that if they agree, they will not be registered.
