This thread discusses the Content article: Community Builder 1.3.1 Released!

Many thanks to all Joomlapolitans who reported any issues and difficulties seen in CB 1.3. Many thanks to Kyle and to Nick for helping getting them all fixed.

CB 1.3.1 is probably the most stable and easy to upgrade Community Builder ever.

Just install over component and the modules and you should be done (Backup first and read README_UPGRADE.txt file and pdf as usual).

Please note that:
- PHP 5.0 - 5.3.x
- MySQL 4.0 - 6.x
are prerequisites

(PHP 4.x has been obsoleted since over 2 years, and since 2008-08-08 does not have any security upgrades anymore. If your hoster still runs PHP 4, you should seriously consider changing to a more security-conscious one).
