Using rc4 and 1.0.15

After making a user's list and then publishing it, also making it the default and placing an entry in every column... I would make a link to the list however a blank page shows up everytime...

Is there anything on the page at all?

If it is just a search box and no list then it's a setting in the menu item. Edit the menu item for the user list and make sure the 'Searchmode only' option is set to 'Show list'. In Joomla 1.5.7 you'll find this under the Parameters(Basic) section.
