Who can help me to solve this problem pls it's urgent??

I had installed an new component from CB 1.2 RC4 and it was doing great until I recon that the site was in an remote status what means that it would not come up but was trying to.
So I removed the component and install the site files trough FTP and from there thing get bad.

start to received the error above.

Please can some one help with this I can not enter the back and front end.
I also try to check in the database but could not find any thing.

I have the same error. What can I do?
