I need help in Community Builder,My problem is how to integrate CB users with Joomla Users with CB login Unpublished....Else tel the file in which this can be checked...

Both tables are automatically synchronized. Use the CB Login module PUBLISHED. You can not synchronize otherwise unless it is done manually via backend. This is a complex procedure. There is no easy alternative.
