Problem with CB

Problem with CB was created by boothruskin
Not sure what the problem could be, but when I try uploading CB via the Extension Manager, it takes a while and then tells me:
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
I'm still extremely new to joomla. Not sure what could be the problem here. Anyone have any insight?
