Hello everybody.

I am wondering if, in the new version of CB, it is still uneasy to create dynamic select lists? I have been modifying the code for years on my website to get a select list behaviour enforced by another select list (for instance a list of countries)... but it had been so boring.

Isn't there any 'conditions plugin' : www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,38/func,view/id,14125/catid,13/limit,6/limitstart,222/ available? I've read the post of Royce (last one or so) and I am really wondering if an 'official' plugin doesn't exist.

I am trying to create a dynamic list at CB 1.2 to produce a list with members of the same gender as the viewer.

I tried using advanced user list query as suggested at page # 139 of the CB Manual and I entered following query into advanced Filter field;

'cb_gender' LIKE '%[cb_gender]%'

but it did not work. list does not show anything.

I also tried following code as suggested by Nick at page;www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,38/func,post/do,reply/replyto,83439/catid,70/

I entered following query into advanced Filter field;
cb_gender = [cb_gender]

but this did not work either. I think I am doing something wrong and need your advice,

I also just want to thank everybody who has contributed and still working on CB. It is a great component.
