Custom User Lists: Possible?

I do apologize if this post is redundant and if there are docs explaining it.

I wonder if CB is able to create user groups apart from the standard user groups in joomla. And how one sets the permissions for it (if possible in the first place). A doc would be cool.

Previous post was not really clear, so here it goes again:
In CB you can create user groups (and eg use a menu item to show the group) but only on the basis of the group they are in within the joomla site (e.g. registered, admin, superadmin...). But is there a way to create 'custom' groups.

Say that you have people who belong in the group 'football experts' and others in the group 'tennis experts'. 2 members for each group.

user 1: admin + football
user 2: registered + footbal
user 3: admin + tennis
user 4: registered + tennis.

When I go to a menu item and create 'tennis experts', I can't see how to do that. I can only create groups based on admin, registered...

How does CB work to create a group with all the tennis experts which would allow me to show them regardless of their permissions on the joomla site?

This is really a question for Joomla.

Currently Joomla does not handle this.
It is planned for Joomla 1.6 I believe.
