When I use the lost username feature in RC 4, indeed I get an email telling the username.

However, when the actual form is submitted on the website, no message is given like, "Thanks, your username has been sent to your email".

Even worse if I put in a username that I know does not exist, I get no message like "that username does not exist"

Any ideas why this is happening?

BTW, the same holds true for Lost password, it emails a new password but when the form is submitted no message is given such as "thanks your new password has been sent"

Ok this is the code that was left out of the template:
