Hi all first time here. i have few problems.

1: how do i remove this from the contact info filed: Help Site:: joomla or local i looked in the filed and tab in the admin but cant find it.

2- why i have 2 :: after the filed name even that i didnt put even 1.

3- in all the templates other the the default the tabs are to short so the titles are cut. where can i change it please
