MOVED TO 1.2 -Not receiving confirmation emails

Once a user has clicked on the hyperlink to confirm their email address, I (superadmin) do not receive an "requires approval" email. Have three other sites that use the same ISP (Godaddy) and no issues. Have tried three different email addresses, one being @google.com to no avail.

Using Joomla 1.5.8
CB 1.2
