Hi.

I am sure it is something simple but I can not seem to get Single select drop down's to be mandatory. The mandatory icon is shown but it just processes what ever is shown '-select-' in this instance.

As an update I found a fix. I trolled throught the forums and couldn't find anything although I am sure it is there somewhere.

My fix was to go into the database with phpMyadmin and find the following table - Table:jos_comprofiler_field_values.

I then located '-select-' clicked on the and deleted the 'Edit' icon then deleted the '-select-' from the 'fieldtitle' row of the table and all works great.

Is there an easier way to do this?
