Configuration:
Joomla 1.0.15
Community Builder 1.2 Stable
Allow Registration: Independently
Admin Approval Required: No
Email Confirmation Required: No

After a new user signs up the email verification required email is still being sent even when set to no. Even if a new user confirms via email it will tell them their account is ready but when the try to login they receive:

"Your registration process is not yet complete! Please check again your email for further instructions that have just been resent. If you don't find the email, check your spam-box. Make sure that your email account options are not set to immediately delete spam. If that was the case, just try logging in again to receive a new instructions email."

I've deleted and reinstalled several times to include trying other versions (1.2.1) but the result is the same. CB Workflows, Login, and Online are enabled.

How is your Global konfiguration set in the Joomla regarding emal sent or not and allowing registration. And how is your CB registration field set regarding register members . It hould be "Yes" here and NO in the Joomla set.

What Joomla version are u using?
