Can someone tell me where the file that e-mails the administrator is located? I scaled my server for 2 hours trying to locate it. What I'm trying to change is the following:

A new user has registered at XXX and requires approval.
This email contains their details

Name - testuser
E-mail - XXX
Username - testuser
