No, not a plugin. I'm talking about the regular search function in community builder. I did try installing a separate search plugin to overcome it, but that doesn't work at all. I'm not using it.
No one there at CB seems to see that this is a real problem for users. The few people who have tested my site universally said they hate the way they have to search our member list.
