Hi,
I have the same problem of missing fields on the registration form.

All updating process (the normal one) went well, without any error

All labels are there but no fields to key in personal information.

I upgraded from RC4 without any issue, following the steps as discribed in the upgrade instructions file.

All checks (on tools) are ok.
I checked global Joomla config (Allow user register set to NO; In CB config "yes....".
Uninstall mod_CBlogin and reinstall it... No change!

Solved : core_cb plugin was set to registred instead of public!!!!
