[SOLVED] Registration missing field boxes in 1.2

[SOLVED] Registration missing field boxes in 1.2 was created by SlowSteady
It was all working fine in 1.2RC4 and after upgrading to 1.2 Stable, I find the registration page is missing the fields boxes (image attached).

Maybe I screwed up the setting but I did backup and then reupload per install instructions.

Upgrade - normal way, not expert way.
Joomla - 1.5.9
Template- RocketTheme MixxMag

You can upload any size you've set in your CB configuration.

Ensure you've done a proper upgrade and ran the tools.

Check if your server is running PHP5 as PHP4 is not supported anymore.

The update followed to a tee ... tools checked all green and I'm definitely running php5.

Any ideas on solution for this? I've played around with all the fields and configs in the back end but still missing fields on the Registration page.

Try an expert install to overwrite your current files but keep your current configuration. If you need more help, message me with access if you'd like me to take a look.

Make sure fields are enabled on Registration in Field Manager.
