datefields not shown in profile edit

hi, had the problem in the RC4, thought maybe update will fix it, but still doesnt work:

in registration form the calendar is shown correctly when clicking on a date field...

later in profile editmode the date fields aren't shown, and the user is unable to change date fields...the only thing is shown is the description ("birth date" for example) and the icons which say "shown on profile" and so on

tried both types of calender, no one works...

Check to ensure your host is running PHP5 rather then PHP4.

Run the tools to check if there's any errors with your install. Ensure you've done a proper full upgrade as well. Maybe a re-upgrade using expert method would be wise.

host is running php5.2.5
made upgrade via expert mode with running all tests found in "tools"

I'm not able to duplicate your issue.

J1.5 or J1.0? All green in joomlas checks to make sure you have proper permissions? Any issues after running tools? Tried recreating a new date field? Have any core hacks such as JACL?
