It looks like something has created a column "username" in your MySql table "jos_comprofiler" !
Please make sure that all columns of jos_user (except "id" which is needed in both tables) are NOT present in jos_comprofiler: delete these columns in jos_comprofiler if they are there:
username
name
email
password
usertype
block
sendEmail
gid
registerDate
lastvisitDate
activation
params
All those columns SHOULD NOT exist in jos_comprofiler.
If they exist, please delete them.
This can be done in a MySql administration tool such as phpMyAdmin.
Our database tools check for many things, but not for all...
Of course, backup site first as usual before low-level operations...
