When installing CB 1.2 stable onto a joomla site i get an error message no matter what I do. I have tried installing both from the package and from a path (after FTP og package content). The result is the same.

Any ideas? See error message below.

Sounds like you're using PHP4 still? You'll need to upgrade to PHP5 or ask your host to do it for you. CB 1.2 doesn't work well with PHP4, and PHP4 is not supported by most developers anymore.

hmmm... It seems they do run php4, so I guess thats the problem. I have written threir support and asked about their upgrade plans.

I am now on a php 5 server and the problem persists.

However i cant unstall the "half installation" in progress. I have deleted two com_comprofiler directories, but this has made no difference.

Im stuck... Unless someone has an idea?!
